What is going on here? Is that Nic Cage or a drawing of Nic Cage? Is Bangkok Dangerous an animated feature? If not, what the hell is that a picture of?

It's bad enough that his hair is absolutely ridiculous in this movie, but why is he so air-brushed as to appear to be a drawing?
